Online / App Complaint
Register a complaint via the BSES or TPDDL app or portal. Reference number will be sent via SMS. Expected resolution in 5–7 days.
Customer Care Centre Visit
Visit the nearest customer care centre. Bring your last 3 bills and meter reading photos for a physical review.
Consumer Grievance Forum
Escalate unresolved complaints to the respective CGRF for BRPL, BYPL, or TPDDL. Hearing within 21 days.
DERC Ombudsman
Appeal to the Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC) Ombudsman within 30 days of CGRF order.
